How does the custom 2D & 3D preview work?
When you open any customizable product, you can upload your photo or add text on our 2D canvas designer. The designer displays a live DPI indicator to warn you if your photo is low resolution. In the 3D Studio tab, you can rotate the actual 3D model 360-degrees with your design dynamically projected on the surface.
What is DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing?
DTF is modern digital apparel printing technology that prints high-definition water-based pigments onto a specialized transfer film. When heat-pressed onto 100% cotton, it yields vibrant, highly detailed, crack-resistant, and wash-durable graphics.
Can I cancel or modify my order after paying?
Because customized products are manufactured exclusively for you, orders can only be cancelled while in the "Order Confirmed" state. Once manufacturing enters "Printing in Progress", cancellations cannot be processed.
How much are the delivery charges and GST?
Standard shipping across India is ₹50, and FREE for all orders above ₹999. Applicable GST (18%) is calculated authoritatively on our server based on your delivery state (9% CGST + 9% SGST for West Bengal, 18% IGST for interstate orders).
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order completes production and quality check, our dispatch team assigns an express courier AWB tracking number. You can track real-time transit status directly inside your Customer Dashboard.
